Ok I am leaving from today's 3 degrees centigrade pants English weather to hit South African 30 degree weather. Bring it on. Flying business class for free (on my miles). Jealous yet?
14 weeks ago I was posting pictures on my website and looked at this picture and this picture of myself. I was not happy. So completely unlike me I started eating healthy and started going to gym a lot. I have managed in the 14 weeks to loose a stone (14 pounds or 6.5 kgs). I am quite proud of myself and am ready to hit the beach feeling a lot more confidant.
I know I am hamming it up in the photo but it's been hard work so I stick my tongue out at you cause I don't care. Now all I need is the tan.
