Nice photo uploader. I've sent it to my dev guys to look at as an example. Very sweet. Also you need a "Cancel/Stop " button for your uploading widget.

Clicking on the timer is a bit non obvious ( a user might do it by accident). I would make a little stop sign or a x that fades in when upload starts and fades out when it finishes.

Mm X would be good, was just trying to fill that annoying chunk of space below the progress bar that hiding the other elements creates.
